Painting can be extremely messy!
We host a bi-weekly art co-op at our house with some homeschooling friends. There are six kids ranging from two to eight years old. The older five kids do a pretty good job of following the instructions and not making a huge mess, but my rambunctious two year old is another story!
Tot School – Blocks Beans Books
Sugar Plum has been very interested in blocks, beans and books, this past month.
This month we are working on colors, letters and a bit of play dough with our Tot School time.
Sugar Plum is beginning to repeat the ABC song with me. Chiming in on a few letters and mouthing the rest. It’s pretty adorable. Unfortunately, she won’t do it on camera so I have nothing to show you so you’ll just have to trust me!
Christmas is beginning to take a form in our house. It’s been a longer process than previous years, but we are getting there.
Sugar Plum’s tot school Christmas is taking form as well. She’s been loving all the new activities!
This month in our tot school area I have put the focus on transportation and the color red.
The beauty of homeschooling is that we can move at the pace of each child and supplement as needed. Some subjects are more difficult to grasp than others and having a way to add in another learning tool can be a relief. With the Help Teaching Pro Subscription at HelpTeaching.com you have a ton of different worksheets, games and more to supplement within your home and homeschool. Read more
