If you are looking for a book to help you figure out how to manage your emotions in a holistic way, this book can assist you. The advice makes you tune into your emotions, react differently to your stressors, and really think about why you react and have the stress in your life.
Once you master the TMZ method, Trap It, Map It, Zap It, you are already on your way to less stress. The approach helps you figure out your triggors and then shows you how to combate them.
While it took me longer than 14 days to get through the book (life took control), I do think it could be done in 14 days, if you are very devoted. For me, it was too much for a short 14 days, but even though it took longer, I still feel like I got a lot out of the book.
I’d recommend this book to anyone wanting to kickstart their stress relief efforts. It was an easy read with a lot of great advice.
